Salary Details
Selected candidates under the Agniveer scheme will receive a yearly package with fixed increments:
- 1st Year: ₹30,000/-
- 2nd Year: ₹33,000/-
- 3rd Year: ₹36,500/-
- 4th Year: ₹40,000/-
In addition, Risk and Hardship allowance, Ration, Dress, and Travel allowances will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications depending on the post:
- 8th Pass
- 10th Pass
- 12th Pass
For some posts, Class 10th / Matric pass with 45% aggregate in five basic subjects and minimum 33% in each subject is required.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 17½ years
- Maximum Age: 21 years
Candidates born between 01 Jul 2005 and 01 Jul 2009 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
Age relaxation is applicable as per official rules.
Physical Standards
- Height: 162 cm
